Missing Child

Dane County Sheriff’s Deputies, along with Mazomanie and Black Earth Fire Departments, are currently searching for 12-year-old Michael Arneson. Michael, who is a special needs student, wandered away from the Mazomanie Elementary School located at 314 Anne Street in the Village of Mazomanie, at approximately 11:15 am. Michael is Caucasian, approximately 5’2” tall and about 90 lbs with dark hair. He is wearing a blue shirt and jeans. Anyone seeing a child fitting this description is asked to call 911. A Reverse 911 message with a description of Michael has been sent out to residents within a 10-mile radius of the school. ###
