Man Cited for Attacking Uncle Sam

At approximately 6:44 pm on Tuesday, April 14th, Dane County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the Liberty Tax Service on Milwaukee Street in the town of Blooming Grove for a reported battery. The victim, who was an employee of Liberty Tax Service, was standing outside the business dressed as Uncle Sam, when an acquaintance whom the victim allegedly owed money to, stopped to confront him. Cody M. King, age 17 of Sun Prairie, was cited for Disorderly Conduct after he spat in the victim’s face and then struck him. ###
