– Shortly after 11:30 am, Dane County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Larry G. Tieman, age 48 of Waunakee, for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) – 4th Offense. A deputy first spotted Tieman on CTH M near Highway 113 in the town of Westport. Tieman was driving recklessly and traveling at speeds of approximately 100 mph. Before the deputy was able to stop Tieman on Fisher Road in the town of Springfield, he had failed to stop at two stop signs. Tieman, who was driving a 2001 Mercury Sable, will also be cited for Operating After Revocation – 2nd Offense, Unreasonable and Imprudent Speed, and two counts of Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign. ###
