FIRE DESTROYS TOWN OF DUNN HOME

Madison, WI. Thursday, March 12, 2009 – At approximately 9:00 p.m., Dane County Sheriff’s Deputies, along with Fire Departments from McFarland, Oregon, Stoughton, Monona, and Blooming Grove responded to a structure fire at 2714 Tower Road. The initial information was that there was smoke in residence. Approximately 30 minutes after the arrival of deputies and fire fighters flames were visible. The cause of the fire remains under investigation. The home was a total loss. The fire was discovered when the homeowners returned home. No other persons were home at the time of the fire.
