OWI - 6th Offense

At approximately 4:25 am on Saturday, September 20th, Dane County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to an EMS call on Main Street in the Village of Dane. The female caller reported an unconscious person inside a vehicle in her driveway. When deputies arrived they contacted Leroy E. Anderson, age 46 of Lodi. Anderson was intoxicated and attempting to drive to his friend’s home nearby. Anderson was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated – 6th Offense, and Operating After Revocation – 2nd Offense. After being transported to Meriter Hospital for a blood draw, he was booked into the Dane County Jail. ###
