Two Arrested in Commercial Building Burglary

At approximately 12:43am, Dane County Sheriff Deputies responded to HD Supply Water Works in the Town of Sun Prairie for a burglar alarm that was activated. Upon arrival, they discovered 2 suspects in the building in the process of attempting to burglarize the business. Upon being discovered, the suspects attempted to flee the scene. A K9 Unit from the Town of Madison also responded to help search the area. The suspects arrested were identified as PEDRO P. AVILE (57) and ISMAEL FLORES (37). Both suspects live in the Milwaukee area. AVILE is charged with Burglary, Possession of Burglary Tools, Criminal Damage to Property, and a Parole Violation. FLORES was charged with Burglary. While being arrested, AVILE attempted to resist and Deputies used a taser to apprehend him. There were no injuries sustained by either suspect or Deputies in this incident.
