We often receive phone calls from people who are lookling for information about who is going to Court on a given day. The Clerk of Courts Office is responsible for scheduling Court dates. 

Members of the public may access the WI Circuit Court Access (CCAP) website to search the Court Calendar.

If you are looking for information about who is scheduled to go to IA Court, please select Dane in the drop down box for County and Commissioner, Initial Appearance from the Court Official drop down box. Please note that the schedule for Initial Appearance (IA) Court is not established and/or finalized until approximately 1:30pm each day. Sheriff's Office staff do not receive advanced notice as to who is scheduled for IA Court.
