Windsor Trunk-or-Treat

Join the Village of Windsor and Windsor Deputies for our annual Trunk-or-Treat event.  Kids have the opportunity to go trunk to trunk and get candy and handouts from local businesses, organizations, and public safety agencies.  There will be games and crafts under the shelter and free hot chocolate.
