BIKE SAFETY RODEO FOR KIDS AGES 4-13

Event Description
The program, designed to promote safe riding habits and skills for younger riders typically ages 5-12 but all ages are welcome. Participants will start with a helmet check for proper fit, a limited number of helmets are available free if a rider does not have one. We will have a safety check station and minor bike adjustments. Participant will ride their bike through a couple of courses that give them safety basics and help them to develop skills to avoid typical crashes as well as learning to watch their surroundings for hazards.
The Mazomanie Fire department will also have their trucks out for viewing.
Participants will all get a free first aid kit, and a coupon for ice-cream at Base Camp Café in the Village of Mazomanie. Participants will also get a chance to win one of four bikes that were donated by local sponsors.
*Must have your own bike to participate, and parent or legal guardian must be present to sign waivers.
