In 2018, the Village of Dane entered into a contract for law enforcement services on an overtime basis. At the beginning of 2019, the Village entered into a partnership with the Town of Westport to share one full-time deputy. Currently, our deputy splits his time between the village and town. This is our first shared contract with a Village and Town combined.
